KEVIN HALLWYLER
Owner / Property Manager
I grew up in Eugene, Oregon where I attended the University of Oregon – Go Ducks! After attending college, I married the love-of-my-life, Hollie, and moved to Nashville, Tennessee where we spent nearly a decade there before moving back to Portland, Oregon to start a family.
Being in corporate sales and key account management for two decades while traveling extensively, my family and I longed for a slower pace-of-life. Having visited Whitefish over the years, we fell in love with the area and became our forever home in 2018.
I’m an extremely detailed oriented person with a passion for taking care of people’s needs and exceeding their expectations. I pride myself in having a keen eye to the smallest of details. As a licensed property manager in the State of Montana, working in property management allows me to facilitate these traits on a daily basis.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my wife and two daughters doing all of the outdoor activities Montana has to offer. I’m an avid skier in the winter and spend summers wakesurfing on Whitefish Lake. My creative outlet and life-long passion is landscaping.

HOLLIE HALLWYLER
Owner / Real Estate Broker / Property Manager
I grew up in a small, rural town just outside of Eugene, Oregon. After marrying my husband, Kevin, we packed up and set out on an adventure to Nashville, Tennessee. We enjoyed living there for almost 10 years before moving back to Portland, Oregon to start our family.
After being in Portland for almost 10 years, I longed for a less busy lifestyle for my family and I. Ever since I was a young girl, I have loved the snow and hoped to live in a ‘mountain town’ one day where we were guaranteed snow every year and a white Christmas. That dream became a reality for my family and I when we discovered Whitefish. I knew this was the place I had dreamed of living all-of-my-life. Our family settled here in 2018.
As a licensed real estate broker and property manager in the State of Montana, I enjoy meeting and interacting with new clients’ on a daily basis, helping their Montana dream become a reality like mine did.
Interior design is one of my life-long passions and love working with my clients’ to help them get their home ready-to-sell, help them envision what could be in their new home or helping decorate their homes after they’ve moved in.
As an agent, owning a property management company compliments what I do as it allows me to continue to provide an exceptional level of service as well as peace of mind to my clients long after the buying process is finished. Helping promote, manage and watch their asset grow brings me great satisfaction!
When I’m not helping clients, my time is spent with friends on the lake, skiing and visiting family and friends across the country. But, my favorite thing is spending time as a family at home with our two daughters, fluffy cats and dog.
